Who we are.
MADAME ARTWITCH is the trading name of Yulia Kireeva (also written as "Julia Kireeva" in public materials) ("we", "us", "our").
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, dispatch, delivery, customs and related matters.
1) Scope
This policy applies to orders placed through our website. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2) Where we ship
We ship to the countries available at checkout; any shipping restrictions are shown before payment; delivery to P.O. boxes is not available unless explicitly stated.
3) Processing & dispatch
Processing and dispatch information is indicated on the product page or provided in the order confirmation; where available, estimates are shown at checkout prior to payment; print‑on‑demand items are produced after your order is placed and processing times vary; if no specific timeframe is shown, delivery will be made without undue delay and in any event within 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
4) Delivery methods, timing & tracking
Available delivery options, estimated delivery windows and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment; tracking details are sent with the dispatch notification where available; orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
5) Shipping costs
Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size and weight and the selected service; any promotions or free‑shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
6) Duties, taxes & import fees
For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility; customs inspections may cause delays that are outside our control.
7) Delivery, risk & failed delivery
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided; if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missed collection or refusal and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship at your cost or refund the item price minus outbound shipping and any return charges allowed by law; if your parcel is late or appears lost, contact us promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim; this request does not affect your statutory rights.
8) Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours so we can assist with the carrier and offer an appropriate remedy; this request does not affect your statutory rights.
9) Address changes
We cannot change the delivery address after dispatch; if you need to amend it, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
10) Returns & cancellations
For EEA/UK consumers, the 14‑day right to withdraw from distance purchases applies except for custom or clearly personalized items; return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty; for the full procedure and the model withdrawal form, see our Return & Refund Policy.
